Local Doctor on Trial for Allegedly Feeling up Patients

DAYTON, Ohio -- A local doctor accused of inappropriately touching female patients is now on trial. Suresh Gupta worked at Pain Management Associates in Riverside and Springboro. He's accused of four counts of gross sexual imposition for allegedly touching four patients who were undergoing treatment. The defense says he always had a nurse present when he was seeing patients.
