OMAHA, Neb. (AP) -- An Ohio power plant is one of four being sold by Nebraska company to a London company for 856 million dollars.

The Troy Energy plant in Wood County is being sold along with plants in Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Illinois.

Tenaska Capital Management announced the sale of the plants today to London-based International Power.

The sales are expected to close by the end of the third quarter.

International Power CEO Philip Cox says the plants are in attractive markets covering several states where demand is expected to increase.
