Murder Charges Against Teen Dropped

DAYTON, Ohio -- Charges have been dropped against a 16 year old boy charged with murder.
The charges stemmed from the shooting death of 32 year old Trayshon McCray last month. Prosecutors say the teen was actually the victim in a robbery attempt and shot McCray in self defense. The teen still faces weapons charges and will be back in court next week.
