Man Admits Killing Cat In Front Of Kids

DAYTON, Ohio -- A Tipp City man admits to a horrific crime that he did in front of kids.
Twenty-year-old Anthony Dill pleads guilty to animal torture and public indecency.
It happened April 14th in the 2800 block of East Fourth Street in Dayton. Neighborhood kids watched Dill throw a cat off a roof, then stomp it to death. He finished up by urinating on the carcass.
The cat belonged to Dill's girlfriend.
Dill faces up to 180 days in jail and a $1000 fine.
Miami County records show Dill has previous convictions for menacing and disorderly conduct, among other charges.
