Hundreds Of Thousands Going To Tenneco

KETTERING, Ohio -- Ohio wants to hand over hundreds of thousands of dollars to the company buying Delphi's plant in Kettering.
Tenneco Incorporated is expecting a $300,000 "rapid outreach grant". Tenneco says it will create 350 new jobs and has plans to spend $27 million buying the plant and renovating it. Next week the Ohio Controlling Board votes on whether to approve the grant.
