FRANKLIN, Ohio -- Plans are moving ahead for a possible new retail center in Franklin.
The facility would be built on East Second Street, according to plans filed by Columbus-based Northstar Realty.
The plan would include tearing down three houses for the construction of a 12,715-square-foot center. It would include six shops and a restaurant.
City officials will consider the plan. The area is already zoned for commercial.
