9 Impeachment Articles Filed Against Ohio AG

COLUMBUS, Oh -- Ohio House Democrats have filed nine articles of impeachment against embattled attorney general Marc Dann.
Democrats have accused Dann of obstructing an investigation and making misleading statements under oath during a sexual harassment investigation in his office.
The articles of impeachment must get Republican support in order to send the charges to the senate for a trial. Each article must receive at least 50 votes in the house.
Democrats and Republicans have asked for Dann to resign, but he has refused to do so. They had threatened impeachment in a letter on May 4.
