$6000 A Year For Water?

RICHFIELD, Ohio (AP) -- If a private water utility gets its way, people living in the Cleveland suburb of Richfield could end up paying more than $6,000 a year for water.
Water and Sewer LLC is asking the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio to let it more than double its rates because the company is losing money.
