Teen May Be Tried As Adult In Murder

XENIA, Ohio -- Prosecutors plan to try a teen as an adult for a Xenia murder.
Fifteen-year-old Robert Grimes of Xenia has been charged with murder and attempted murder in the death of Marco Devon Porter of Fairborn.
Porter was shot May 11th on the porch of a home on East Second Street.
Prosecutors say the shooting was the result of a dispute which began weeks earlier at a bar.
Grimes next juvenile court hearing is June 18th.
